The German boss didn’t hold his opinion back following the game, slamming Neymar’s play-acting throughout the tie.

When asked to elaborate, the Reds boss didn’t hang around, insisting he had ‘said what he had to say’ before walking off.

The defeat marks the first time Liverpool have lost three group Champions League away matches in their history.

Klopp’s side will now need to beat Napoli 1-0 or by two clear goals at Anfield in a forenight’s time to progress to the Last 16 of the Champions League.
