Nabil Fekir set to leave Lyon this summer

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has revealed that Nabil Fekir will be allowed to leave the club this summer, according to Sky Sports.
Fekir had been on the verge of a £53million move to Liverpool last summer before the plug was pulled on the deal after medical concerns were raised.
However, despite the 25-year-old having 12 months remaining on his contract, Lyon have decided to cash in on him now.

“Effectively, Nabil is outside [of the two departures expected], because we have an understanding that he can go,” Aulas said.
“Thanks Nabil for bringing what he brought, we have an understanding to let him go.”
Fekir hasn’t been as prolific in this campaign as he was in the 2017/18 season that saw Liverpool’s interest first sparked, but he still managed 12 goals to help Lyon qualify for the Champions League again.
