BREAKING: Roma fans banned from next Champions League away game

UEFA has banned Roma fans from their next Champions League away fixture following the attacks that took place out the front of Anfield in the semi-final first-leg back in April.

The Italian club has also been fined €50,000 and has been put on probation for two years. If anymore similar incidents happen like the one that occurred at Anfield, then further punishment will be awarded.

Two Roma fans were arrested before the match at Anfield back in April after they assaulted Liverpool fan Sean Cox, who remains in a critical condition at Beaumont Hospital in Ireland.
