Liverpool’s stance has not changed on Alisson from earlier this summer

Liverpool’s stance regarding Alisson has not changed from earlier this summer, according to The Liverpool Echo.
Alisson is expected to hold talks today with AS Roma to discuss his future, according to reports originating out of Italy. Alisson’s agent Ze Maria Neis is reportedly going to tell Roma that his client is ready to leave.
Roma are yet to receive an offer from any club for the services of Alisson, but the original reports coming out of Italy suggested that it was either Liverpool or Chelsea who were preparing an offer.
If Liverpool’s stance has not changed from earlier this summer, then it appears he won’t be playing at Anfield for the upcoming season.
Despite this, Alisson has removed Roma from his Instagram bio, and Alisson’s agent liked a photoshopped image of his client wearing a Liverpool goalkeeper shirt.

Roma are wanting around 70million euros which could be why Liverpool don’t want to submit a formal bid, but if Alisson forces a move, then the Italian outfit could lower the original transfer fee they desire.
Despite all this, it’s important to remember that Liverpool have not put forward a formal offer. Only time will tell if that will change, but there’s no indication that it will.
