James Milner converted a crucial penalty for the Liverpool just before half-time to loosen PSG’s grip on the tie.

However, the drama came just before the interval as Sadio Mane was brought down inside the area by Angel Di Maria.
The referee initially pointed for a corner kick but after clarification from his assistant, the penalty was awarded.
