Liverpool receive massive boost in summer plans to sign midfielder
Barcelona and Bayern Munich have both pulled out of the race to sign Adrien Rabiot with Liverpool still interested while Spurs are said to be monitoring the situation.
While Naby Keita, Georginio Wijnaldum and Fabinho showed against Bournemouth that Jurgen Klopp certainly has quality in central midfield, there is still room to improve as the drop off in quality from that trio is quite stark.
Rabiot is available for free and would be a fantastic addition to the squad, with his athletic and technical qualities perfect for Klopp’s dynamic system.

According to German publication Kicker, Bayern Munich have pulled out of the race to sign PSG’s out of favour Adrien Rabiot.
Reports earlier this week claimed that Barcelona have done the same despite the fact that it had seemed as though they had agreed on personal terms with the 23-year-old in January.
That leaves Liverpool and Spurs, with the latter apparently just monitoring the situation.
