Watch: Liverpool’s Victory Parade
Watch it again, we mean.
What better way to ring in a Monday where most of us are still pretty hungover than by rewatching the parade video? Seriously, though, it’s been a hell of a season. We’ve had very few downs and some incredible ups, and there are games upon games that we’re going to remember for the rest of our lives.
Seeing the parade bus wind its way through crowds of 750,000 people in Liverpool, waiting to cheer on our returning heroes, the winners of the sixth European trophy for the club, was beyond special.
So take a moment (or four hours) out of your day, put on your headphones, and indulge yet again in the revelry of yesterday.
Key highlights include Virgil van Dijk interviewing Joe Gomez and Gini Wijnaldum for LFC TV (“How does the medal feel?” “It’s heavy, bro”):

And Gini Wijnaldum dropping his phone off the side of the parade bus (and getting it back!) in the midst of a rousing chorus of “Allez, Allez, Allez”
