Egypt manager Javier Aguirre says that Liverpool will only be able to hold onto Mohamed Salah for another season or two and will only manage to do so by winning silverware.
After scoring 44 goals in 52 appearances during an unbelievable debut season with Liverpool, Salah has become one of the best forwards in Europe.
While he is yet to replicate the form we saw at the end of last season, there is no doubt that the Egyptian is still a prolific goalscorer, having scored eight goals already in the 2018/19 campaign.
But if the Reds are to hold onto Salah, Egypt manager Javier Aguirre believes the Reds need to win silverware.

Aguirre told ONSport: “Salah may leave Liverpool in a season or two if he does not win trophies. Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp knows that very well and that’s why they are working hard to win trophies.”
The Reds are pushing hard to win the Premier League this season and while Manchester City are major favourites to retain their crown, Liverpool are only two points behind the leaders and will be looking to push Pep Guardiola’s side all the way.
